Its winter time here in Wisconsin which means it’s also the off-season for any athletes not participating in winter sports. This also brings the great opportunity to get in better shape to any student at Madison Memorial. Mr. Frontier offers a weight training program that includes weight lifting, agility training, and conditioning every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday right after school until about 5:30. If you want to get stronger and improve your athletic ability, capitalize off of this free opportunity and blow your competition away.
